Pay Rent
Rent Payment
Rent is ALWAYS due on or before the first day of each month. Payments may be made in the form of a personal check, cashier’s check or money order. Please make check payable to The Enclave of Hardin Valley. Please note your full name, building, and apartment number on the ‘memo’ line of each check each month. Cash will NOT be accepted for rental payments. A drop box may be provided, for your convenience, at the Leasing Office.
Payments must be in before the close of business on the 5th of each month. A LATE PENALTY of 10% will be assessed for ALL payments that come in after the 5th of the month. Payments made after the 5th will require certified funds- no personal checks accepted for late rent.
Returned Checks
There will be a $45 fee for all returned checks. Once a Resident has a returned check on his or her account we will be unable to accept personal checks, for rent payment, from that Resident. That Resident must pay with money order or cashier’s check. Late fees will also be applicable.
*Pets are not allowed in the pool, fitness center, or business center.
*Residents who would like to get a pet must first have Property Manager approval FIRST!
*All pet fees must be paid PRIOR to the pet’s arrival.
